Welcome to Forest Hill, a spacious and comfy self-catering holiday home which sleeps up to 6 guests. The house is situated in Benderloch, a quiet village close to Oban, and is a perfect base for visiting the West of Scotland. It's ideal for people who love the open-air life, while having the busy town of Oban nearby, with lots of restaurants and pubs for a bit of night life. Tralee beach is a short walk away, as is the foot of Ben Lora - the top of Ben Lora takes a bit longer (!) but from there you can enjoy wonderful views over Morven,  the Isles of Lismore and Mull and the Lynn of Lorne. Benderloch village is 26 miles from Glencoe and 35 miles from Fort William and Ben Nevis. There is a great wee shop in the village which opens very early and closes late and sells everything from local farm eggs and milk to beer and wine. There is also a great cafe and bookshop (seasonal), and a small petrol station (limited opening hours) which also sells caravan gear, wellie boots and other useful bits and pieces. There is a local bus just round the corner with an hourly service to and from Oban, and a couple of buses per day to Fort William.
